De-cluttering for a fantastic panoramic view – The UK Office moved

It was a bit therapeutic, but a lot of great benefits go along with it. The UK office has moved within London. Team member Kiran gives us an insight:

My impressions about the office move

One of the biggest perks of the moving office is that we got to move in with our sister company Seven. SevenC3 are a leading digital content marketing company. Their work is rooted in what ‘people really care about, the things they like, think and do’ and StockFood aim to share the same values for our company.

De-cluttering was as stressful an experience as it was therapeutic – moving from having the whole office to ourselves to sharing space on an open floor. A great benefit has been the ease with which we can interact with other businesses (and importantly the talented Seven team) to broaden our knowledge and give us a deeper insight in the media world.

Drinks and dishes

Here we get use of the communal kitchen area where they test foods and we get to have a cheeky taste!  Savory and sweet dishes are all a nice bonus for us as we here at StockFood UK love to eat! Having an unlimited supply of coffee and other hot drinks gets us through the day, lifting our energy levels in the morning. Alongside of having a relaxing canteen area we can enjoy the gaming area with a pool; table, darts board and a football table.

Positive vibes on the wall

Walking through the building doors every morning you are greeted with an inspirational or jokey quote of the day, beaming from a bright wall. These quotes give you a positive vibe each morning.

Being on the 4th floor in the building we get a fantastic panoramic view of our corner of London. There is also a photography studio in the building, where photographs of incredible dishes made in the kitchens are shot. Sometimes we might even bump into TV celebs that are being interviewed and have a quick nosey look (some of the team are huge fans of the ‘made in Chelsea’ cast).
