Award winning food photographer Lisa Barber has been working in London for over 15 years. With a BA in Photography, Lisa has worked for a varied range of big brand editorial and publishing clients that have included The Independent on Sunday Review with Skye Gyngell for 7 years, Delicious, Food and Travel, Waitrose & Caterer and Hotelkeeper. Commercial clients include D&D Restaurants, Sauce Communications, Absolute Press and Quadrille Publishing.

Lisa has photographed a host of cookbooks including Healthy by Chef Gordon Ramsay, all David Everitt-Mathias chef's cookbooks, Essence, Dessert and Beyond Essence, the famous vegetarian restaurant Terre a Terre cookbook, Vineet Bhatia New Indian and Divine Chocolate.

One of the first photographers to use patterned backgrounds, she continues to experiment with different processes to strive for uniqueness and freshness in her images. Growing up on a farm near Brisbane and experiencing a self sufficient lifestyle with her parents, Lisa has a passion for shooting producers, animals and produce along with her love of working with finished plated food. She has travelled extensively shooting food and producers including the Shetland Isles, Panama and Australia.
